Dr. Azzedine Fekar, has a doctorate in Business Administration and brings more than 30 years’ experience delivering turnkey projects to industry, agriculture, infrastructure, tourism and renewable energies, in particular is responsible for leading the solar power initiative in Algeria dealing with projects of 400 MW/year with him drafting the strategic policy recommendations for the Algerian Ministry of Energy to establish the ambitious program of 22.000 MW up to 2030 and the first phase of 4200 MW of solar energy generation and solar panel fabrication within Algeria with project value of US$ 5 billion and similar value plans within Morocco.

Azzedine is multi-lingual with English, French, Spanish and Arabic and translated more than 14 books from French and Arabic into Spanish.  He has been nominated as the United Nations Observer for the Governmental elections in Benin and worked with many highly positioned government members in Cote d’Ivoire, Mali and Ghana and has spent decades advising governments on vital infrastructure projects under UN Sponsorship
