El Gobierno de Tlajomulco de Zúñiga realizó este jueves la firma de contrato para la construcción y puesta en marcha del proyecto de aprovechamiento ecológico de residuos único en América Latina denominado, TúPlanta.
Se trata de un centro de aprovechamiento ecológico de basura que permitirá reutilizar casi el 100 por ciento de los desechos generados por el municipio a cargo de la empresa RCRWTE de México SA de CV. La construcción arrancará en cuanto el Ayuntamiento entregue el terreno a la firma y se estima que estará concluida para iniciar operaciones a mediados del próximo año 2022.
“Estoy muy contento porque a partir de hoy y durante los siguientes meses, vamos a tener la construcción de esta planta, que en ocho meses estará en funcionamiento, así es que empieza la cuenta regresiva”, señaló el Alcalde Salvador Zamora Zamora.
“El compromiso y esfuerzo que hicimos nosotros también para que este proyecto salga adelante, uno de los proyectos más importantes de esta Administración, pues hoy a partir de la firma de este contrato, está en manos de esta empresa, y por supuesto nosotros le pondremos toda la inteligencia, toda la sabiduría, todo nuestro equipo técnico del gobierno para acompañar este proyecto tan importante”.
En el anuncio de la firma del contrato participaron Zamora Zamora y los representantes de RCRWTE de México SA de CV, René Max Gallegos; Alejandro Álvarez Bello; Alberto Horacio Álvarez y Marcos Chávez Rozada. Este último que se desempeña como jefe de Mercadotecnia de Latinoamérica dentro de la empresa, también será el director del proyecto TúPlanta.
Chávez Rozada expuso que TúPlanta tendrá la capacidad de procesar hasta mil 500 toneladas de basura diarias en una primera etapa para beneficiar hasta 750 mil habitantes de la región, y generar 90 empleos directos y 900 de forma indirecta. Además de lograr un ahorro para el municipio de 90 millones de pesos al año.
“Hoy comienza esta realidad con la firma de TúPlanta, representa el ejemplo para todo México, es un ejemplo del camino correcto en la gestión de los residuos municipales”, destacó Chávez Rozada.
“TúPlanta cuenta con tecnología de punta patentada que transforma desechos en productos de alto valor para después ser utilizados en otros procesos. El compromiso adquirido entre todos el día de hoy, nos obliga a ser certeros, eficaces y a dar resultados pronto”.
Con la operación de TúPlanta se tendrán beneficios ambientales en Tlajomulco como reducir los gases de efecto invernadero; disminuir la emisión de CO2; minimizar el impacto de lixiviados y riesgos de incendios y reciclar hasta 547 mil 500 toneladas de residuos al año.

The Government of Tlajomulco de Zúñiga made this Thursday the signing of a contract for the construction and start-up for a project of ecological use of waste unique in Latin America called, TúPlanta.
It is a center for the ecological use of garbage that will allow the reuse of 100 percent of the waste generated by the municipality in charge of the company, RCRWTE de México SA de CV. The construction will start as soon as the City Council delivers the land to the firm, and it is estimated that it will be completed to start operations in the middle of next year 2022.
“I am very happy because from today and during the following months, we will begin the construction of this plant, which in eight months will be in operation, so the countdown begins,” said Mayor Salvador Zamora Zamora.
“The commitment and effort that we also made so that this project goes ahead, is one of the most important projects of this Administration, because today from the signing of this contract, it is in the hands of this company, and of course we will put all the intelligence, all the wisdom, all our technical team of the government to accompany this important project”.
The announcement of the signing of the contract was attended by Zamora Zamora and the representatives of RCRWTE de México SA de CV, René Max Gallegos; Alejandro Álvarez Bello; Alberto Horacio Álvarez and Marcos Chávez Rozada. The latter, who serves as head of Latin American Marketing within the company, will also be the director of the TúPlanta project.
Chávez Rozada explained that TúPlanta will have the capacity to process up to one thousand five hundred tons of garbage daily in a first stage to benefit up to 750 thousand inhabitants of the region and generate ninety direct jobs and nine hundred indirectly. In addition to achieving savings for the municipality of ninety million pesos per year.
“Today this reality begins with the signing of TúPlanta, it represents the example for all of Mexico, it is an example on the right path in the management of municipal waste,” said Chávez Rozada.
“TúPlanta has patented state-of-the-art technology that transforms waste into high-value products and then is used in other processes. The commitment acquired between all of us today, forces us to be accurate, effective and to give results soon”.
With the operation of TúPlanta, there will be environmental benefits in Tlajomulco such as reducing greenhouse gases; reduce CO2 emissions; minimize the impact of leachate and fire risks and recycle up to 547,500 tons of waste per year.
